A Forgetful Mind

At the end of 2007, my friend and I went down to Te Anau for a holiday. We spend 3 days 2 nights at Te Anau, In actual fact our main focus was to visit Milford Sound and in order to do so we need to spend out nights at Te Anau. On the first day we joined a tour down to the "astonishing Milford Sound" and it was till the second day that we finally got to explore Te Anau.

We cycled around Te Anau, enjoying the breeze and embracing every moment that we spend over there. The scenic tour is amazing, the sky was clusters with fluffy cotten candy, the lake was clear blue with no floating garage bags making it so tempting for a good swim. Every part of the tour was like frames of oil painting hanging there making them too good to be real.

As evening time arrived, we came across Lake Te Anau. With the combination of sunset and the mountain view~it was breath taking. I took out my digital camera getting ready to snap my way through when i gutted~ MY BATTERY DIED ON ME~

Without further delay, i took off in my 2 wheel drive and spin my life to the city centre and got myself an instant camera. At the bottom it clearly stated "expiry date May 2009"- mark down this critical sentence here before i proceed on. Of course, we made our way back and took down those beautiful picture as you can see from above.

THE POINT is ~finally~ After 1 year later, one day when i was running through my drawer i came across this familiar "ancient looking creature"~ adeline's description~ GOODNESSSssssss
Can you imagine, its already February 2009, did i emphasize enough that it is 2009!!!! Holly molly, *panicked* i took out the camera and looked down. ~Chey~ May it stated there and is only February now nevermind we still have plenty of time to develop the photos (Cannot make it !!)
Humans are humans or should i rephrase that, being me for who just take things for granted, lucky for this time it was a closed deal but maybe not for the next. However at the end of the day i still got those photos developed and i want to thank Kodak for their awesome, thoughtful and sensitive creation, that specially cater to people like me who "JUST IN CASE" forget to develop the photos in time.
